Astrid Krisch

Astrid Krisch studierte Raumplanung und Raumordnung an der TU Wien und ist als Universitätsassistentin am For- schungsbereich Finanzwissenschaft und Infrastrukturpoli- tik am Institut für Raumplanung der TU Wien beschäftigt.

Derzeit arbeitet sie an ihrer Dissertation, in der sie den Zusammenhang zwischen Stadtplanung und Infrastruk- turentwicklung aus einer institutionellen Perspektive untersucht.

Margo Bienstman

Margo Bienstman is a master student in engineering archi- tecture at the KU Leuven. This paper was written during her Erasmus exchange in Vienna.

Dejan Çoba

Dejan Çoba is an urban planner and GIS- specialist. His pro- fessional focus lays mainly on maritime planning and urban development by making use of geospatial technologies.

Ngoc Doan

Thi Bich Ngoc Doan hat Raumplanung und Raumordnung an der Technischen Universität Wien studiert. Derzeit arbeitet sie als Projektassistentin am Forschungsbereich Finanzwissenschaft und Infrastrukturpolitik des Instituts für Raumplanung der Technischen Universität Wien. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Bodenpolitik sowie Woh- nungspolitik und Wohnungsmarktanalyse, wo sie sich der- zeit insbesondere mit Immobilienpreisdynamiken befasst.

Alexandra Fiedler

Alexandra Fiedler, BSc. has been studying in the Master of Spatial Planning at the Vienna University of Techno- logy since October 2019. She completed her Bachelor's degree in architecture at the end of 2016. She then gained various professional experiences in the field of transport logistics. The desire to actively contribute to a sustainable world eventually brought her back to university. Here she focuses especially on ecological issues and energy space planning.

Johanna Lilius

Johanna Lilius a geographer and planner and works as a post doc at the Department of Architecture at Aalto Uni- versity in Helsinki. In 2020-2021, she is a visiting resear- cher at Institute of Spatial Planning, Department of Pub- lic Finance and Infrastructure Policy. Her research areas include housing practices and housing policies, multiloca- lity, suburban regeneration, strategic spatial planning and ethnic retail.

Leonhard Plank

Leonhard Plank holds a Phd in Business Administration. He is senior researcher at the Centre of Public Finance and Infrastructure Policy in the Institute of Spatial Planing at TU Wien and member of the Foundational Economy Col- lective. His main research interest is focused on global production arrangements and their socio-economic con- sequences, particularly in apparel and electronics indus- try, as well as on critical infrastructure research and finan- cialisation.

Theresa Rihs

Theresa Rihs. BSc. studies in her Masters of Spatial Plan- ning at the Vienna University of Technology. Her areas of focus so far include the legal aspects of spatial planning – on which she wrote her Bachelor’s thesis –, spatial ana- lytics with GIS as well as social and ecological sustainabi- lity. Currently she is completing an Erasmus semester at the ENSA Paris La Villette.

Antonia Schneider

Antonia Schneider studied spatial planning at the TU Vienna; currently she works at a research assistant at the Centre of Public Finance and Infrastructure Policy. Her broad field of interest reaches from environmental econo- mics to social geography.

Johannes Suitner

Als ausgebildeten Raumplaner beschäftigen Johannes Suitner institutionelle Planungssysteme, Diskurse zur Zukunft von Stadt, sowie lokale Planungsgeschichte und Planungskulturen. Als Stadt- und Regionalforscher analy- siert er jüngst urbane und regionale Wandelprozesse mit Blick auf soziale Innovation, Resilienz und die Energie- wende, sowie die dabei zur Anwendung gebrachten Stra- tegien der Pfadentwicklung.

Aleksei Zakharov

Aleksei Zakharov graduated in architecture with a focus on building redevelopment from the St. Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineerring. Currently he studies for a Master's degree in spatial planning at the Vienna Uni- versity of Technology. His main rresearch areas are: urban planning, environmental compatibility, data analysis and integrated planning practice.

Lukas Zink

Lukas Zink studierte an der Technischen Universität Wien am Fachbereich für Raumplanung und Raumordnung und hat dieses im April 2019 abgeschlossen. Die primären Bereiche seine Studiums waren der Hochwasserschutz sowie die Energieraumplanung.
